Tic Tac Thief app for iPhone and iPad

Tic Tac Thief is the game we all know and love with a little something extra. In this game, each side has the ability to steal a square thats already been taken!

Each side only has two steals to use during a game, so use them wisely!

There are only two rules regarding the steals in Tic Tac Thief:

1) You may not steal the last square needed to win a game (that would be too easy!)

2) Each player must have at least one piece on the board before either side can steal.
